Sylvester Stallone has starred in a bunch of action and drama films that are considered classics, including Rocky and Rambo. Some of his other films, however, fall into the category of cult classics. The 1986 film Cobra is in the latter category. Based on Paula Gosling’s 1974 novel A Running Duck, Cobra is a rather absurd action flick with over-the-top violence and writing that often comes off as a satire. As such, it’s not all too surprising that Cobra has gained a cult following over the years. Dedicated fans and Stallone collectors can now watch Cobra on 4K Blu-ray for the first time.
