How long is Marvel Rivals season 3.5?
Season 3.5 will last exactly one month, as all seasons starting with season 3 now run for two months in total. Season 3 is the first in a new form for Marvel Rivals, as we’re now guaranteed to get a new hero every month and have overall shorter seasons because of this. This also means season 4 will begin as soon as season 3.5 comes to an end sometime in September.
Marvel Rivals season 3.5 features

Season 3.5 is the halfway point for season 3, so it won’t be quite as big as the first half, but it still promises plenty of fresh content to explore. Here’s everything we know is coming in 3.5 so far.
- Blade – A second fresh Duelist is joining the roster with the launch of season 3 as Blade finally charges into battle. He’s believed to have a melee-focused skillset with some powerful vampiric buffs to support these abilities.
- New Team-Ups – All new seasons bring fresh Team-Ups to try, so we can expect to see more when 3.5 arrives. There’s also a chance that the current Team-Ups may undergo some changes or that some could even be removed. Blade will also either receive a new Team-Up or join an existing one.
- New Competitive mode – A new Competitive mode is arriving in 3.5. There’s no official information about what it will be yet, but several reliable leakers have found a capture the flag style mode in the files, so it could be this.
- New map – So far, a fresh map has come with the arrival of every new hero, so we can expect to see another one here, too.
- New events – Marvel Rivals usually has at least one event going at all times, so at least a few new ones are expected to arrive in 3.5, including a potential wave two for the summer skins.
- New skins – All updates feature new skins, and there are plenty of unreleased ones we’ve seen throughout trailers and artwork in season 3. This includes a Knull outfit for Hela, Phoenix Force skins for characters like Black Widow and Iron Fist, and plenty of other ones we haven’t seen yet.
While you wait for season 3.5 to arrive, there’s plenty to get done in season 3. Achievements are a great place to start, so consider working on Echoes of the Abyss, Days of Future Past, Arrako Goes Analog, Mutant and Proud!, and Whispers in Pieces.
