RoboBusiness, which takes place October 15-16 at the Santa Clara Convention Center, has announced its full conference agenda. Founded in 2004, RoboBusiness is the premiere event for developers and suppliers of commercial robots. RoboBusiness is produced by WTWH Media, the same company behind The Robot Report and the Robotics Summit & Expo.

There will be 60-plus speakers in the conference, a startup workshop, a robotics startup competition, and networking receptions, and more. Over 100 exhibitors on the show floor will showcase their latest enabling technologies, products, and services to help solve your robotics development challenges.

RoboBusiness will also feature six conference tracks covering physical AI (new for 2025), humanoids (new for 2025), field robotics (expanded for 2025), business development, enabling technologies, and design and development best practices. The event will include speakers from leading companies such as ABB, Agility Robotics, Amazon Robotics, Ambi Robotics, Cobot, Dexterity, DHL, Intuitive Surgical, NVIDIA, and PickNik Robotics.

Industry luminaries to deliver RoboBusiness 2025 keynotes

Opening keynote: Physical AI for the New Era of Robotics

Speaker: Deepu Talla, vice president of robotics and edge AI, NVIDIA
Oct 15: 9:30 – 10:15 a.m. PT

The big bang of generative AI for the physical world is here. Physical AI, where models can perceive, reason, and act in real-world environments, is redefining what’s possible in robotics. This shift moves us beyond static, rule-based automation toward adaptable, intelligent autonomy—capable of handling the complexity of unstructured and high-variation tasks.

NVIDIA, together with a vibrant ecosystem of hardware, software, and robotics partners, is accelerating this transition. Through simulation-first development, foundation models, and real-time edge deployment, the next generation of robots is being trained in virtual worlds and scaled seamlessly into physical ones. This is more than a technological breakthrough—it’s the beginning of a new era where intelligent machines help power the $50 trillion global economy.

Lessons Learned from First Humanoid Deployments

Speakers: Jim Fan, director of AI and distinguished scientist, NVIDIA; Katlyn Lewicke, head of global automation strategy and intel, GXO Logistics; Melonee Wise, chief product officer, Agility Robotics
Oct. 15: 10:30 – 11:15 a.m.

As humanoids take their first steps onto commercial job sites, early deployments are uncovering both breakthroughs and growing pains. Join the leaders behind these pioneering rollouts for a candid conversation on what’s working, what still needs improvement, and the key engineering lessons learned in bringing humanoids to life.

The State of Robotics

Speakers: Sanjay Aggarwal, venture partner, F-Prime Capital; Jon Battles, vice president of technology strategy, Cobot; Brian Gaunt, North America vice president of digital transformation, DHL Supply Chain; Amit Goel, director of product management for autonomous machines, NVIDIA
Oct. 16: 10:00 -10:45 a.m.

This keynote panel will examine the current state of the robotics industry: what’s working, what’s not, and where things are headed. Industry leaders will discuss the breakthroughs driving progress, the barriers still holding teams back, and the trends shaping robotics in the years to come. Expect a candid conversation grounded in real experience and market insight.

Closing keynote: Redefining the Future of Surgical Robotics

Speaker: Iman Jeddi, senior vice president and general manager, da Vinci platforms and product operations, Intuitive Surgical
Oct. 16: 3:30-4:30 PM

The da Vinci system has defined surgical robotics for more than two decades—but staying at the top requires more than iteration. In this exclusive interview, Iman Jeddi, Ph.D., SVP and general manager of Intuitive’s Multiport Platform, offers a rare look inside the redesign and launch of the da Vinci 5, its next-generation surgical robotics system.

With DB5, Intuitive focused on implementing foundational computing power to unlock a new generation of capabilities—from force feedback and advanced instruments to machine vision that powers the surgeon’s interface and delivers deeper case insights.

How does a market leader rethink its flagship system in a competitive, maturing space? And how do you design not just for the present, but for the future of digital surgery? This is a conversation about discipline, platform thinking, and staying ahead in a field that’s quickly catching up.
