As you complete Peter Pan’s friendship missions in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’ll eventually learn that he’s a picky eater. During his “A Real Hideout” quest, he’ll task you with cooking him food before creating a hideout in his home. It may be goofy, but it’s also fun and light-hearted.

Cook a five-star entrée for Peter Pan
After reaching level four with Peter Pan, you’ll unlock his “A Real Hideout” quest. He’s initially grumpy, but after a brief chat, you realize he’s just hungry. Rather than letting him continue eating Vanellope’s house, you decide to cook him a special meal.

Your first idea is to create a five-star entrée for Peter Pan. You have several options to pick from, from Arendellian Pickled Herring to Fabulous Fajitas, depending on which expansions you own. I went with Bulgar Salad since it’s one of the easier options on the list.
Cook kid-friendly food for Peter Pan
Once you give the entrée to Peter Pan, he’ll immediately express distaste for what you gave him, saying it’s “for grown-ups.” It’s time for us to make some kid-friendly meals.
Since our character doesn’t fully know what makes a dish kid-friendly, you’ll need to chat with Remy and Sulley for some ideas. They’ll suggest making French fries and a peanut butter sandwich. You’ll need the following ingredients for both meals:
- Canola
- Potato
- Peanuts
- Wheat
Wheat and peanuts are the easiest to obtain. You can buy peanuts from the Chez Remy shop, while wheat is available from Peaceful Meadow Goofy stalls. Canola and potatoes are slightly trickier, as both are sold from the Goofy Stalls in the Sunlit Plateau and the Forgotten Lands, respectively.

After collecting all four items, cook up some French fries and a peanut butter sandwich, then deliver them to Peter Pan. He’s much happier with these items. However, the happiness is cut short, as he’s quick to remind you that there are more chores to do. More specifically, he needs help cleaning out trash from his house.
Clean trash piles out of Peter Pan’s house
Now that Peter Pan has eaten some delicious food, it’s time to help him clean his house. As you enter the building, you’ll spot six trash piles scattered around. Clean these up to find an old swing, leading to the two of you unlocking a memory.

This memory reveals three separate locations, each holding buried treasure. While Peter puts up the swing in his house, he tasks you with searching for all three treasures.
All Peter Pan treasure locations
Peter Pan’s memory reveals three treasures that you can find around your Disney Dreamlight Valley village. Here’s a complete list of all three items and their locations:
- Telescope: Outside the treehouse in the Forgotten Lands.
- Hooked Lamp: Outside Ursula’s Cave in Dazzle Beach.
- Bag of Treasures: Outside Mother Gothel’s house in the Glade of Trust.

You’ll need to locate dig spots at all three spots, as revealed in the memory. After finding all three, return to Peter Pan’s house and place each treasure inside it. You’ll put two of them near a wooden desk next to the door while the telescope goes in front of the window next to the bathtub.
Once you place down all three items, talk to Peter Pan to wrap up his “A Real Hideout” quest, bringing you one step closer to finishing his friendship series.
