How to complete Furniture Fluster in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To complete the Furniture Fluster quest, you need to fix the messes that the Cheshire Cat made throughout several villagers’ houses by returning all furniture to its proper place. There are lots of smaller steps throughout this vast quest, so here’s a full breakdown of everything you need to do to get it done.
Visit the house of the Diamond in the Rough
Since nothing is ever straightforward with him, the Cheshire Cat gives you vague riddles as hints for which houses he tampered with. These hints are pretty similar to those that appear in events like the Garden of Whimsy Star Path, so you may already know the answer if you regularly tackle them.
The first vague clue he gives you is to visit the house of the Diamond in the Rough. This clue refers to Aladdin, who was referred to by this title during the film Aladdin. You need to have Aladdin and Jasmine unlocked to tackle this task.
Once you’re at Aladdin’s house, talk to him about what the Cheshire Cat has done. He’s confused about all of the strange items that have appeared around his house, so it’s up to you to get rid of them.
Collect the purple cutesy items from Aladdin and Jasmine’s house
Your next task is to grab three purple cutesy items that the Cheshire Cat placed around Aladdin and Jasmine’s house. The three times you need to recover are:
- A tulip flower vase near the front door.
- A large vanity near the back right corner of the house.
- A hair dryer in the middle of the room.
Despite being called “purple cutesy items,” none of these objects are really purple, so it can be a bit tricky to figure out what you’re looking for. All three items sparkle when you get close to them to make them easier to find and interact with.
Once you have all three objects, head back to the Cheshire Cat wherever you placed his tree during the Cat Tree Catastrophe quest. He doesn’t provide any insight as to who the furniture you found belongs to, so it’s up to you to deduce who the items match.
Find the owner of the purple cutesy items
The owner of the purple cutesy items you found is Daisy Duck, so track her down around the valley to chat with her about the situation. Head inside her house to see what chaos the Cheshire Cat unleashed there.
Collect the out-of-place items from Daisy’s House
There are more items that aren’t where they should be inside Daisy’s house, so you need to collect three out-of-place items from around her home. The objects you need to grab are:
- A sink near the couch on the right side of the room.
- A bench by the wardrobe on the right side of the room.
- A metal container near the back right corner of the room.
Put Daisy’s furniture back in their correct places
Now that the incorrect furniture is gone, you need to replace the items Cheshire Cat stole from Daisy’s house. There are three items you need to place around her home. Here’s where to put each one.
- Place the tulip vase on the counter near the back center of the room.
- Place the vanity in the front left corner of the room near the front door.
- Place the hair dryer behind the chair in front of the counter.
Once everything is back where it belongs, chat with Daisy again. Neither of you is sure who the items you found around her house belong to, so it’s time for you to solve another puzzle.
Find the owner of the old rusted metal items
The owner of the old rusted metal items you found at Daisy’s is Wall-E, so track him down to discuss the situation. Follow him into his house once you’ve talked to him so you can put his furniture back where it belongs.
Put Wall-E’s furniture back in their correct places
The next step is to replace all of Wall-E’s furniture that you found over at Daisy’s home. Here’s where to place all three rusted metal items you found.
- Place the bench in the center of the room near another metal bench.
- Place the sink near the front left corner of the house, close to the front door.
- Place the metal container in the wall storage unit on the right side of the room.
Chat with Wall-E once his furniture is back where it belongs. Talking with him helps you realize Aladdin’s furniture is still missing, so head over to the Cheshire Cat to see if he’ll give you any insight as to where it might be. Unsurprisingly, he’s no help at all, so you decide to just craft the items Aladdin is missing.
Gather materials to craft Aladdin’s missing furniture
To craft the items that are missing from Jasmine and Aladdin’s home, you need to gather some materials. The items you need are Fiber, Softwood, Purple Rising Penstemon, and Green Rising Penstemon.

- Pretty Pillow – Crafted using eight Fiber and one Purple Rising Penstemon.
- Intricate Chest – Crafted using three Green Rising Penstemon and 10 Softwood.
- Agrabah Table – Crafted using two Fiber, 15 Softwood, and two Purple Rising Penstemon.
Once you have all three items made, head back to Aladdin’s house so you can place all of the items you made where they belong.
Put Aladdin’s furniture where it belongs
You made three items, so you need to place all three objects around the house to replace the items the Cheshire Cat stole. Here’s where each one goes.
- Place the chest near the front right corner of the house, close to the front door.
- Place the pillow on the sofa near the back left corner of the house.
