Guillermo del Toro‘s Frankenstein has been on Polygon’s list as one of the most anticipated movies of 2025. A collaboration with Netflix, Del Toro’stake on the Gothic tale is a direct adaptation of Mary Shelley’s 19th-century novel, Frankenstein.
