The very first location of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 allows you to become a bit of a public nuisance by soaking the Foreman for an additional trophy.
While the individual is minding his own business and looking after the operations at the plant, you can choose to create a bit of mischief. It’s pretty easy to locate him, which is one part of the task. To complete the objective, you’ll have to make him fall into the pool of water. However, you can’t just grab or push him in it (no, the Doom Man character also doesn’t have that privilege), and this guide will help you with the exact steps.

To find the Foreman, stick to the walls on the right of the Foundry and go down from the upper level. You’ll find a ramp going up to the second floor in front of you. Take the ramp, and you’ll reach the water storage.
The Foreman is standing in front of it (pretty nice positioning), but you can’t push him. If you skate behind him, you’ll make him stagger, and he will express his frustration. To throw him down in the water, you’ll have to skate on the rails behind him.
To do so, reach the rails and jump onto them. You can perform a wide range of moves on the rails, and there’s no specific one to target. As long as you’re skating on the rails behind him, it’s good enough. Once you do so, a crane pulley will swing, knocking the Foreman down into the water.
It’s a pretty hilarious task, to say the least. As the Foreman falls into the water, he will rant at you. However, you can just complete your skate and score as high as possible to unlock the next region. There are also a couple of collectibles you can grab at the Foundry, which will add to your final score, making it easier to access new parks.
