If your uniform is trash, your wins in EA Sports College Football 26 don’t mean much.

You have to look good before you can play well on the field. And that means picking the best uniform for your squad to suit up with when it comes to taking the gridiron on Saturdays in the fall and winter each year.

In CFB 26, of the dozens of playable schools to choose from, some play it safe with their jerseys and pants while others really get wild. We’ve compiled a list of the 10 best unis in the game to pick from, including some classics and some dope redesigns.

Notre Dame Fighting Irish – Shamrock Alternate

When the Golden Domers put the emphasis on Golden, they never look better. This blue on blue with gold helmet and foil gold numbers and lettering is just breathtaking.

University of North Carolina Tar Heels – Away Throwback

There just may not be a better color combo in the world than UNC’s baby blue and white, but it being accented with a darker blue on the shoulders and lining the pants and numbers really makes this whole thing pop.

Northern Illinois University Huskies – Alternate

Black and red may be the meanest colorway there is, and there’s plenty of uniforms in CFB 26 that sport it. But I think this one is my favorite due to its simplicity.

Georgia State Panthers – Alternate

Okay, maybe I lied. Black and blue goes really hard, too. And the George State Panthers swapping out their university name for “ATLANTA” in bold lettering on the front of the jersey really brings it all together.

Oregon Ducks – Home Fly Era

Option two of Oregon’s Home Fly Era is just gorgeous. Green and black with gray lettering and accents? It’s too clean.

Syracuse Orange – Home

Blue and orange is very hit or miss when it comes to sports uniforms. I think this may be the biggest hit I’ve seen. Orange helmet, blue jersey, orange pants with accents throughout makes this the full package.

Penn State Nittany Lions – Home

You could never make me hate this classic midnight blue and white combination. It is simple and plain as it is iconic, and nothing will ever change its greatness.

San Diego State Aztecs – Home

Back on the black and red train, but this time, it’s all about the helmet. The details on SD State’s helmet are gorgeous, full of all sorts of Aztec designs and writing.

University of Alabama at Birmingham Blazers – Alternate

UAB’s alternate jersey brings out the highlighter green numbers and lettering for a really unique spin on the school’s normal colorway.

Army Golden Knights – 101 Airborne

West Point’s football team swaps in some digital camo for one of the cooler alternate designs in the entire game.
